The Winthrop Area Chamber is excited to announce the 38th Annual Winthrop Arts Festival, coming to Main Street on Saturday, August 15, 2026, 9am to 3pm! This popular event draws a large crowd and brings vibrant energy to downtown Winthrop each year.
